The man who started it all.. It was 2001 when John Rankins first came to the Philippines to expand the Optimo Opportunity. After being promoted Executive Vice President of Optimo Indonesia, he was on a mission to build another Multi Million Dollar Enterprise in the Philippines. Fast forward to today, Optimo has exceeded 8 figures in annual revenue and is on track to having 1,000 people
Optimo is all about opportunity, and Mitch is an inspiring demonstration of this! She started out as an intern at Optimo back in 2015, shadowing the former Operations Manager. Fast forward to today, she has been promoted to Divisional Operations Manager and has doubled the efficiency of the logistics for our top performing divisions
Ariane has been with Optimo since 2012 and has been an integral part of its evolution. She was wears several hats across Sales, Events, Administration, Project Management and Human Resources. Most of all, she takes care of our team
Manny started his career at Ernst & Young which was his stepping stone to becoming the Group Financial Controller in a real estate and holding Group of Companies for 4 years, and a Divisional Finance Manager in a Multinational Agricultural Dutch Company for 11 years. Prior to joining Optimo, he was a Sr. Finance Manager and Sr. Business Excellence Manager for 8 years in the biggest Dairy and Food Conglomerate in the Middle East. He is a CPA by profession, with a Diploma in IFRS and is a Certified ISO Lead Auditor

Mary Jane overseas all of Optimo’s E-commerce Business channels. Prior to joining Optimo, she’s worked for one of the Largest Pharmaceutical companies in Asia which had no ecommerce presence. In a span of 2 years, she managed to build it from 0 to 8 figures in revenue. Today, she is on track to taking Optimo’s Ecommerce Channels well over 7 figures in less than 12 months.
SUPPORT TEAM
Having been in the Finance and Accounting world for over 9 years, Blessie is heavily involved in Optimo’s day to day Finance Department. As our Chief Financial Officer’s right hand, she ensures the quality and accuracy of all the company’s financials, ensures we stay compliant with the law, and finds ways to save Optimo money. Bringing her accounting expertise to greater heights
Christine is a graduate from University of Santo Tomas with a degree in Advertising Arts. She is an incredibly talented artist who has worked with several of the most well known brands in the country as the Creatives Lead. Today with Optimo, she brings life into all our brands. With her creative eye, she takes anything average and turns it into something spectacular! Making the campaigns she is involved in, a huge success
Graduated in 2019 with a degree in Marketing, Miguel has been a Digital Marketing Specialist since 2019. Being a part of the Optimo eCommerce team that started in 2021, he is proud to be playing an important role in driving traffic and improving the overall sales performance of the Optimo eCommerce Team
Carol is the overall in-charge of Optimo’s CRM and Telemarketing. She assist on all types of customer inquiries and concerns, and she makes sure that customers are satisfied with their purchases. Currently, Carol worked as the CRM Team leader in a pharmaceutical company and handled Telemarketing Agents. Today, She is on track of New Customer Acquisition and Loyal Customer Retention of Optimo through various telemarketing programs
Mariz isl in-charge of Optimo’s E-commerce Operations. She ensures the quality of the products to be delivered in E-commerce customers' doorsteps. Previously, Mariz worked as an Admin Staff in a Freight forwarding company where she prepares all the documents and makes sure that cargos will be delivered efficiently. Today, She oversees and facilitates the day to day of our ecommerce operations to ensure the best service and satisfaction for our customers
Since 2014, Alyssa has worked in UAE Dubai for an IT Company, Government Agency and Business Management Consultancy Firms. She prides herself for her strong diverse and professional background. One of the many notable achievements of Abby is helping Optimo launch it’s Advertising / Food & Beverage Division in less than 6 months with a team of less than 3. Most importantly, she has been recognised as The Ultimate Leader in our Annual Leadership Camps
