Jhune is one of the pioneers of Optimo Global. He worked as a waiter with P10,000 per month for his salary. Through dedication and commitment, he is now the Vice President of the company and earns between P800,000 to a P1,000,000 pesos per month because of the Optimo Opportunity! His hardships and failures molded him into a stronger and better version of himself. He loves to travel around the world. He believes that life is a process that involves continuous learning, as long as he uses his potential and eagerness to achieve the goals, nothing would be impossible.

Edhrille has been with Optimo since 2015. He formerly worked as promodiser with P6,000 per month as his salary. Fortunately, he’s now the owner of ES Pisces Enterprises and earns an average income of P400,000 / month. He’s eyeing the Executive VP position as his next goal. He believes “Quitters never win and Winners never quit”, so backing out of his goals is never an option for him. Optimo became his school that taught him a lot about life.

JOHN CARLO RETARDO

Carlo joined Optimo Global in December 2017. As a factory worker before, he was thankful to be earning P12,000/month. Through his hard work and eagerness to succeed with the Optimo Opportunity, he is now the owner of Tristan Marketing Enterprises and earning P300,000 in a month. He has a vision that he will become the next Vice President of Optimo Philippines. Always surrounding himself with successful people and with Optimo giving him endless hope he believes he can. He’s thankful because he is continuously developing as a leader in this company.

GENGEN ARGUELLES

Gengen joined Optimo Global in May 2019. She worked at a Supermarket as a cashier earning P8,000 per month but now she is the owner of our Legazpi Branch and taking home P150,000 in a month. Her next goal is to promote 2 Owners in the first quarter of 2022. The Optimo Opportunity enabled her to be an even better mother. One who is able to provide more to her kids, despite being a single mom! The Optimo Opportunity is one that has truly changed her life.

DANILO DE JESUS

Danilo started working at Optimo in 2017. He used to be the driver of Jhune de Jesus, until he got inspired by his life story and decided to join also. Now he’s the owner of D’Aqua Global Trading and earning P100,000 a month. He never gives up and even with the pandemic that happened to the world. His next goal is to promote 4 Divisional Managers and 1 Owner next year. He wants to be an inspiration for others just like Jhune is to him.

Rolando started working in Optimo Global in October 2018. He worked as a construction worker with P12,000/month as his salary. He is a newly promoted owner and can now make P150,000/month. Though always challenged in training his people and recruiting new ones, he works harder than anyone because he wants to be a Rookie Manager and soon Divisional Manager. He’s thankful to Optimo for all the lessons he gets to be a successful man.

ALFRED NUÑEZ

Alfred joined Optimo Global in October 2018. Prior to that, he worked as a service crew in a fastfood chain earning a wage of P12,000/month. But as a newly promoted owner, he earns up to P80,000 / month now. His family was not very supportive with his chosen career, and that fuels him to go more and give more. He sacrificed a lot in pursuing this work that’s why he really wants to go to the next level.

ROSE MARIE MANALO

Marie has been working at Optimo Global since January of 2019. She worked as Inventory Clerk before with P11,000 as pay. She is a newly promoted owner and already earning P200,000 in a month. Despite her heart complications and asthma, she still works hard because she wants to achieve her goals. Her goal is to be the Executive Vice President and promote 2 Owners. She sees challenges as new learning opportunities. She wanted to give her 2 children a better life, and that’s her motivation.

This is one of the biggest advantages of Optimo’s opportunity. Every Management Trainee, Leader, Team Leader and Owner begins in the same manner and is taught the same basics to grow from. As long as someone is involved with Optimo they are developing the skills necessary to make the system work for them to learn to run their own business.

From day one, all distributor will earn money while learning, unlike OJT, our people start making money immediately. While learning our remarkable system, their skill and confidence grow allowing the distributor to make profits way beyond a typical income.

Everyone involved with Optimo has followed the same merchandising techniques, The Five-Step, Nine Steps, and The Law of Averages. Optimo’s system is very easy to learn and follow. There are complicated sales pitches to memorize or particular markets we approach. armed with a great attide and The Law of Averages, anyone can do our business.

From the very beginning, on day one, everyone in our company works with someone. We have an incredible support system in place to train our people from the distributor to Vice President! No one works alone, allowing us all to learn and grow from someone who is already successful.

Optimo is blessed with Incredible experience and buying power so we are able to bring the premium product with remarkable appeal to the consumer at incredible prices. Optimo’s parent company supplies over 50,000 distributor worldwide the move over two million places per week, giving us incredible negotiating power. This favorable position makes it very difficult for retail stores and wholesalers to compete with our people and our prices in the field. The bottom line is it make it easy for the customer to say yes!

One of the most amazing things about Optimo is the fact that they are willing to finance all the merchandise for someone’s business.
